EDUCATION and TRAINING

Dr. Du obtained her bachelor's degree from Harvard University and her medical degree from Harvard Medical School. She went on to complete four years of residency at the Columbia University Psychiatry Training Program. In addition to residency, she also completed the Psychoanalytic Fellowship at the Columbia University Center for Psychoanalytic Training and Research as well as the Fellowship in Adult Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at the Center for Psychoanalytic Studies in Houston. She is skilled in psychoanalytic thinking and therapeutic approach.

CLINICAL and TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Dr. Du founded her concierge psychiatry and psychotherapy practice in 2015 with a focus on high-performing individuals. For three years she served as an Expert Psychiatric Consultant for J. Flowers Health Institute, performing comprehensive assessments and treating clients in their wellness program. Dr. Du shaped the next generation of physicians as the Director of Psychotherapy Education and Psychiatry Clerkship Director at Baylor College of Medicine. Her leadership extended to the front lines of clinical care as the Medical Director of the Intensive Outpatient Program at Ben Taub General Hospital. She currently serves on the Strategic Advisory Board of Voyager Wellness, a non-profit dedicated to supporting well-being through thoughtfully-designed technology, and as an expert case consultant for the UNC Chapel Hill Psychiatry Residency Program.
